No Hassle Online Meeting Tool
We use GoTo Meeting as the internal team communication channel. GoTo Meeting is the primarily connecting channel. Even when we need to schedule meeting with our client or people outside our organization we schedule meetings on GoTo only

We utilize GoTo Meeting as a VoIP provider and utilize it for our internal and external meetings and video conferencing. We do not use the messaging feature. We use the soft phone on the computer, we have a desktop physical phone, we have the cell phone app, and some of us even use the call forwarding.
- Calls are clear
- Once the meeting is started, the video conferencing are generally smooth as long as the internet connection is good.
- The desktop app is clunky.
- Takes a long time to load.
- Makes you re log in every hour or so
- When loading the video meeting, it takes a long time to establish a connection

Decent Virtual Conferencing solution for your business.
We are using it to have virtual meeting with our customers, employees, vendors etc. It enabled us to have virtual meeting anytime and anywhere. Instead of visiting customer or vendor office we able to attended or create meetings from our own office. It helped us very much to save our time and resources. Amazing meeting app ever used
Goto meeting help us to connect with each other remotely. It has easy features and specifications. Goto meeting has user friendly interface which make it more attractive and simple. We tried other tools like zoom and Google Meet and some other but these were not good as compare to the goto meeting.

Best communication tool.
Daily meetings with the clients, with respect to having on-call presentations in terms of documents, and PPTs. Earlier the connectivity was not proper, and also limited access control to the admin, but this tool overcame this problem more efficiently and worked in a good manner. Easy to set up and use.

Use of GoTo
I have already had the opportunity to use GoTo meeting in my work and the experience I had with the tool was very positive. Easy to use, very intuitive and conveys security to everyone in the meeting room and involved with the subject and the appropriate dealings in question. It is a tool that does not limit company domains and makes connecting to calls very easy.

GoTo Meeting - Top Quality at a price
GoTo Meeting is largely duplicative of other software we have access to. As a result, we have switched away from it. The platform is robust and stable, but it is redundant for us. Accordingly, we have switched away from it and devoted those resources to other products that are not duplicative.

Several of our clients use GoTo Meeting and are very satisfied with the product. A few have recommended that we use GoTo Meeting as well. These days, online meetings are mandatory. We find it more effective and have fewer connection issues than Teams and Zoom.

GoTo Meeting is used by associates in our business mostly for conference calls with non-employee contacts. We receive invitations from outside sources using various software, including Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, GoTo Meeting, among others. Internally, Teams is our preference, because it is used company-wide for chat and one-on one calls, so it makes sense to stick with that for internal meetings. We have the capability to use GoTo Meeting if external sources are not able to, or not comfortable using Teams.

Online meetings always available
If your business needs a very straight forward and easy way to set up online meetings or training or host any online presentation, this might be the tool to choose from the wide offer of online meeting tools. It works perfectly on almost any device or any internet connection as well as any operating system you can imagine. We have been using the tool for almost 2 years and have not been disappointed since.

Great Product for Remote Teams
We use GoTo Meeting to host webinars, and training internally. We typically have over 100 people joining the meetings so GoTo Meeting has been essential in making it easy for us all to connect, learn, record and share after. So many features including screen share, changing presenters, number of attendees, and more have helped us streamline our company education.
- It allows users to have full control over the equipment of a participant so we can change presenters, and have multiple people on a panel at one time.
- You can share documents in real time so we can distribute the material needed for the training during the meeting.
- It permits large meetings and allows us to connect our team all over the world.
- For the most part, joining a meeting with GoTo Meeting is a painless process. If you have the app already, then just click on a shared link and you’re good to go. There are times when the connection doesn’t happen, however, and the reasons may be unknown. A simple glitch in the routing process to connect to the meeting can be enough to disrupt the entire process.
- High costs for the premium features to get the most out of GoTo Meeting. There should be a better offering of plans for small, and startup businesses.
First time around I came across GoTo Meeting, it was for a meeting organised by someone else and I joined with absolute ease and didn't even think about it, I think that's one of the most important features that stick with me - all these apps should be a no-brainer as per their nature in my opinion. I used this especially to solve quick issues or non-regular meetings where a client or partner would not want to deal much with more complicated sign-in tools and instead just click and start.
- It is quite easy to connect and start with anyone inside or outside organisation.
- It offers a fast connection that I didn't experience a bad drop, etc.
- It seems to be more secure than some competitor apps.
- I would love to see a free version even if it's basic features, etc. so more people can get started easily.
- It could offer more functions for the paid plans such as file sharing.
- Unfortunately, some of my colleagues and me having a bad internet connection affects the calls easily - maybe there could be an improved way that may enable quality not being too much dependent on internet speed - sounds like a long shot, sorry.

GoTo Meeting : Let's Meet With GoTo Meeting
GoTo Meeting was used by my previous organization where I was working as an Apprentice Trainee, the meeting was simple to set up and everyone in my organization can attend the session by just entering the meeting ID or the name of the host. Other than video conferencing we can do live file sharing, live presentations, live chat, live editing of the shared file so everyone can be updated on the latest changes in the projects, we can give access of our control to another member for uninterrupted meeting. Another best thing was, it has a calling reminder which calls us when the meeting was about to start. Mass conferencing of more than 100 people can also be done by inviting the attendee from different department for quarterly meetings.
- The vast availability of features like live file sharing, live presentations, live chat, live updating of the shared files, and live access to the controls of another member.
- The smart Meeting Assistant feature automatically transcribes the meeting rather than making notes.
- Calling reminder, which is missing in other similar platforms.
- Easy integration with other platforms like outlook, slack, chrome.
- Not suitable for individual use because of high pricing
- The quality of the video depends on the quality of the internet connection, poor connectivity can lead to a decrease in the quality of the video.
We use GoTo Meeting for screen sharing sessions, regular meetings, and calls with the suppliers and the customers (mostly external parties). It helps us to connect with organizations that do not use Microsoft Teams or use Microsoft Teams as a group account. A GoTo meeting session can be easily and instantly set up, and there are not many basic sets up to set.
